The Jameh Mosque was sadly under complete renovation when I visited. Only the south Iwan (below) was not covered in scaffolding.
The innards of the mosque were stripped of all decorations and carpets. Worship was only taking place in a very small locked section. I did get a chance to wander around the entire empty complex, which is quite vast. But how many bare stones do you want pictures of?
The one interesting item is the Taj al-Molk dome, said to be one of a few mathematically correct domes in the world. It has survived 900 years plus a handful of earthquakes so far.
